Multiply your impact

Our Approach

We follow a clearly-defined process to ensure that we're delivering the most impactful results for your organization.

Project agreement:
At the start of the semester, we'll work together to scope a project that is both impactful and feasible—clearly defining the problem, proposed solution, and timeline.
Iterative development:
Over the course of the semester, we build in an iterative fashion—providing regular updates and opportunities for feedback to ensure that we're on the right track.
Constant feedback:
In addition to weekly check-ins, we'll provide mid-semester and final presentations to ensure that the project meets your needs and expectations.
Project handoff:
At the end of the semester, we ensure that the project is in a state where you can continue to maintain and build upon it—providing documentation, testing, and training as needed.
